What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Do I need any prior experience to climb?
No, we welcome climbers of all skill levels. We offer beginner classes and have staff available to help you get started.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable, breathable athletic clothing and SOCKS! Avoid loose or baggy attire.
Do you have air conditioning, considering the Florida heat?
Yes, our facility is fully air-conditioned for your comfort.
Classes & Events
What types of classes do you offer?

Do you host events or parties?

Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, gift certificates are available for purchase and can be used for day passes, punch cards, memberships, and gear rentals.
Can I rent the facility for private events?

Technical Questions
What is the height of your climbing walls?
Our walls range from 28 to 32 feet in height, suitable for climbers of various skill levels. Our bouldering wall is 14-15 feet high.
Safety & Equipment
Do I need my own gear?
While you’re welcome to bring your own climbing gear, we also offer equipment rentals, including shoes, harnesses, and additional gear.
What are your safety measures?
Safety is our top priority. We have trained staff to supervise the climbing areas and ensure all equipment is up to industry standards. First-time climbers will receive a detailed safety orientation.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes, all climbers and spectators must complete a liability waiver. Minors must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. Waivers are updated annually so even if you have signed one, previously, if it was over a year ago, and you may be asked to complete an updated waiver. Get a jumpstart on completing your waiver here:
Pricing & Membership
How much does a day pass cost?

Do you offer group discounts?
Yes, we offer special rates for groups of 8 or more. Please contact us to arrange your group visit @ forrockfm@gmail.com
Family and Age Restrictions
What is the minimum age for children to climb?
We do not have a specific age restriction for climbers. It mainly depends on individual physical abilities. However, those under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Do you offer family discounts?
Yes, we offer a family membership package. Please check our Pricing Page for details.
Food and Drink
Do you have snacks and drinks?
Yes, we offer a variety of snacks, drinks, including the infamous green bites!
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Outside food and drinks (other than water of course) are not permitted, unless you have reserved the party room.
