Who needs a waiver?
All visitors need one, including climbers, playground participants, parents, and spectators. If you are visiting with a minor, their parent or legal guardian must complete the waiver.
Have you visited before?
Waivers are renewed annually. If it has been more than a year, complete a new one before your visit or ask the front desk to check your record.
Coming with someone else’s child?
Have that child’s parent or legal guardian complete the form before you arrive. A friend, sibling, or other accompanying adult cannot sign on the guardian’s behalf.

Children need a parent or guardian
Anyone under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. One adult can sign for several children in the same family.
Bringing someone else’s child
Their parent or guardian needs to complete the waiver in advance. This is the most common reason a group is held up at check-in.
